Knowing of the benefits of reading in our mental health, in communication, in culture, society, etc. Some volunteers of Clave de Sur have compiled books so they can be read for whose doesn’t have the resources to share them.
This initiative has been made thanks to the preoccupation of Annika Hoffman and her friend Petra whose donated some good books initially, given that seeing that in our locality was more complicated and costly to get good literature. Later, some volunteers of Clave de Sur have compiled more books so they can be read for whose doesn’t have the resources to buy them. The idea is so it works such as library more accessible with books of various genres and thematics.
Many are worried for go to the gym and taking care about their alimentation, but what happens with one of the more important organs of our body…What exercise do we dedicate to our brains? Do we take into account what is the best food to nourish it?
Various studies show us that an active brain, not only do better its functions but that increases the speed of the response, since while reading, the brain is forced to think, organize ideas, interrelate concepts, exercise memory, and imagine, which allows us to improve intellectual capacity by stimulating our neurons.

Whether they are fantasy or reasoning books, reading is good for us. It even goes without saying that it improves our vocabulary, spelling, and eloquence, so we should instill this healthy and uncomplicated habit in the little ones and for that, here we will publish some articles with activities and tips that will help them start enjoying this wonderful world.
